- Ships from our US warehouse within one business day.
- Delivered in 2–5 business days, tracked.
- Tracking number sent by email and text the moment the box leaves.
- Nothing is due to the carrier: no customs, no duty, no fee on the doorstep.
The scooter ships in one box, partly assembled: the handlebar clamps on and the charger is inside. No tools you do not already have.
If the box arrives damaged
Photograph the box before you open it and email us within two business days at contact@voltanfrance.fr. We replace or refund; you send nothing back at your own expense.
30-day free returns
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, with no reason to give.
- Email contact@voltanfrance.fr with your order number.
- We reply with a prepaid return label the same business day.
- Put the scooter back in its box, stick the label on, drop it off.
- We refund the full $90 to your original payment method within five business days of receiving it.
Keep the original box for those 30 days: it is what protects the scooter on the way back. A scooter returned with crash damage or missing parts can only be refunded in part, and we tell you before we do it.
Warranty repairs
2 years on parts and labor. Email us with a photo or a short video of the fault: most issues are a part we ship you, not a scooter you ship us.
