The figures on this site — 28 miles of range, 15.5 mph, 55 lbs, 10 ft stopping distance — are measured, not marketing rounding. Range was measured with a 180-pound rider on a route with hills; a heavier rider, cold weather, hills or a hard throttle will bring it down, as with any e-scooter.
E-scooter rules vary by state: most allow them up to 15–20 mph. The X1 is limited to 15.5 mph — check your local rules before riding.
