1. Who you are buying from

The X1 electric scooter is sold by ISARDI LTD, Company No. 17398968, registered in England, trading as VOLTAN. Questions, warranty claims and returns: hello@voltanfrance.com.

2. Price

The launch price of the X1 is £79, in pounds sterling, until 30 September 2026, while stocks last. The normal price after the offer is £349. The price shown before payment is the amount taken, once. There is no subscription and no later charge.

Delivery within mainland UK is free and included. Nothing is due to the courier on arrival.

3. Ordering and payment

Your order is accepted when the payment clears and we send you a confirmation email. Payment is taken on SumUp's secure page: we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay, and we never see or store your card number.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we cancel it and refund you in full. We are not obliged to sell at an obviously wrong price caused by a display error, and in that case we cancel and refund rather than dispatch.

4. Delivery

Dispatched from the UK — free, tracked, 2–3 working days. The tracking number is sent by email and text as soon as the parcel leaves. Risk passes to you on delivery. See delivery and returns for the detail.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

We go slightly further than the Regulations require on one point: we pay the return postage. Tell us at hello@voltanfrance.com, we email you a prepaid label, and we refund in full within 14 days of the scooter reaching us. Keep the original box for those 14 days — it is what protects the scooter on the way back.

6. Warranty

The X1 carries a 2-year warranty on parts and labour against manufacturing defects, from the delivery date, handled by UK support. It does not cover wear items (tyres, brake pads, grips), crash damage, misuse, modification or submersion. The battery is covered for one year against defects; a normal loss of capacity over time is not a defect.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for purpose — sit on top of this warranty and are not affected by it.

7. Liability

We are responsible for the scooter being what we describe and for honouring the warranty and the cancellation window. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

The X1 is intended for one rider at a time, 16 and over, up to 19 stone.

8. Problems, and the law that applies

Write to hello@voltanfrance.com first: most problems are settled within a day or two, and we would rather fix an order than argue about it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
