- Free to mainland UK. No delivery charge is ever added.
- Dispatched from the UK — no customs, no import charge, nothing to pay on the doorstep.
- Delivered in 2–3 working days, tracked.
- Tracking number sent by email and text the moment the parcel leaves.
The scooter arrives in one box, part assembled: the handlebar clamps on and the charger is inside. Allow five minutes and the spanner supplied.
If the parcel arrives damaged
Photograph the box before you open it and email us within two working days at hello@voltanfrance.com. We replace or refund; you send nothing back at your own expense.
14-day free returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, with no reason to give — your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Email hello@voltanfrance.com with your order number.
- We reply with a prepaid return label the same working day.
- Put the scooter back in its box, stick the label on, hand it to the courier.
- We refund the full £79 to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
A scooter returned with crash damage or missing parts can only be refunded in part, and we tell you before we do it.
Warranty repairs
2 years on parts and labour, handled by UK support. Email us with a photo or a short video of the fault: most issues are a part we send you, not a scooter you send us.
